He also serves on the board of various companies, which manages real estate holdings in the middle east.
Executive Director
Engineer Ayad Zaaroura is a leading healthcare consultant with over 27 years of experience in Nigeria and 32 years of experience as a Biomedical Engineer, hospital designer and builder. He presently manages Tanit’s technical and hospital development teams after occupying various roles within renowned organizations operating in the healthcare space. His previous client base includes the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group), the African Development Bank, Nigerian State Governments, and some of the most prominent hospital developers in Nigeria.
Head of Government Affairs and Strategic Accounts
Muhammed Hassan serves as the business development Manager of Tanit Medical Engineering Ltd. in charge of growing the company’s oncology portfolio. Mr. Hassan has a wide experience in project financing having occupied positions at the Central Bank of Nigeria, the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria, and given that he is a graduate of the GE Financial Management Program in South Africa. He later transitioned into business development having joined GE Healthcare in Nigeria as a regional account manager.
Head of Operations
Tammam Nasr is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in construction planning, site supervision, and project execution. His expertise in structural engineering, budgeting, and contractor management has seen him successfully lead major infrastructure projects across Nigeria. As the Head of Operations at Tanit Group, Tammam ensures the seamless execution of healthcare infrastructure initiatives, overseeing project coordination from inception to completion.
Head of Design and Planning
Jessika Saadeh is the Head of Design and Planning at Tanit Medical Engineering. With over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she excels in project management, hospital designing and advising on medical equipment integration. Jessika holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Masters degree in Engineering Management, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership to Tanit's projects.
Head of Compliance and Business Transformation
David Okei serves as the Head of Compliance and Business Transformation at Tanit Medical Engineering, leading the company’s compliance program and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at KPMG Nigeria, where he managed Internal Audit, Governance and Risk Management services for major financial institutions, consumer marketers and oil and gas companies. David holds a B.Sc. in Public Health and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
People and Culture Manager
Janet Etuknwa is an experienced People and Culture Manager with a solid background in people management and organizational development. She currently oversees the HR and Administrative function at Tanit Medical Engineering, where she is responsible for driving people strategy, strengthening employee engagement, and enhancing organizational effectiveness in support of the company’s overall objectives.
Senior Finance Manager
Fady Nahas is the Senior Finance Manager at Tanit Medical Engineering, bringing deep expertise in financial management, planning, performance tracking and reporting. With broad international exposure across different countries and business environments, he supports the company’s growth agenda through disciplined budgeting, strong governance, and insight-driven decision support helping ensure financial stability and long-term sustainability.
Construction Project Manager
Simon Harry is the Construction Project Manager at Tanit Medical Engineering. He has extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects in both domestic and international environments. Since moving to Nigeria in 2012, Simon has worked with Purechem Industries Ltd and Samstar Nigeria Ltd, focusing on industrial buildings, modular construction, and specialty flooring. He holds certifications from the International Association of Project Managers and has a strong background in civil engineering and project management.
Senior Project Manager
Okechukwu Nnamdi Ndika is the Senior Project Manager for Non-Oncology Projects at Tanit Medical Engineering. He is adept at overseeing project lifecycles, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. Okechukwu brings extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and effective stakeholder communication.
